To register for the 2011 Sheila Poole 10K Road Race to be held Saturday, July 16th, 2011 please download, print and complete the registration form by clicking here (to access the form Adobe Acrobat Reader is required, and free version of this software is available here if needed).

Please sign both waivers on the registration form!

After completing the form you may submit it with your registration fee to the following address:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

With the disruption of postal service registration forms can be:

(A) dropped off (with payment) to Runners Attic at 346 Main St. Yarmouth

(B) Faxed to Runners Attic at 902-881-3073. Payment can be made at the Registration desk on race day.

REGISTRATION FEES

Run Nova Scotia member                             $20.00

3^rd, 4^th, etc. RNS family member                    $8.00
(must live at the same address)

Non-member                                                $25.00

3^rd, 4^th, etc. family member                           $10.00

LATE REGISTRATION

Race day registrations will be accepted, however, ALL RUNNERS will be charged an additional late fee of $10.00 per runner.

Please make all cheques payable to The Sheila Poole 10K Race.

Race registration is to begin on race day at 7:30 a.m. at Rudder's, 96 Water Street. Race is to begin at 9:00 a.m. at Frost Park. Please see course description for details.

FREEBIES!!!

All entries received before July 9, 2011 are eligible to enter a draw for a full refund of their registration. Two draws will be made at the awards banquet. Free T-Shirts will be given to the first 75 registrations received, and paid in full.
